Stopped at insomnia cookies for the first time today. Amazing service! The people working there were very helpful and polite. Cookies and ice cream were delicious 😋 definitely recommend and we will be back again.

Akron Roller Derby rolled in here with no notice at around 8:30 tonight. The worker was super polite, chill, and cranked out our massive order in no time at all! We will definitely be back, because ICE CREAM IS FOR WINNERS AND WE LOVE TO WIN!

The food is amazing, that's about it. For starters, their food is way overpriced for what you're getting; $30 for a 12 pack of cookies is not worth it. Their delivery service is terrible, I ordered a pint of ice cream and a 12 pack of cookies for my pregnant wife and I never received my cookies and when I called them they never sent them out, I also never got a refund for my cookies even though I requested it. They are all about their "warm cookie delivery" but The past two times I received cookies from them they were delivered to me by an unmarked vehicle and the cookies were ice cold. I did receive them warm one time from their insomniac cookie delivery van and they were delicious but the employee I talked to on the phone claimed "that's never existed" even though I know for a fact that it did/does. I know what I saw and the employee is acting like I'm crazy. I'm paying a premium price for good quality WARM cookies, and when I get them ice cold from some random person in a pickup truck I might as well doordash some cheap cookies instead because at that point I'm getting a better deal. The whole point of paying such a high price is to get good quality in every area. It also rubs

The young man working sat evening was amazing. He explained all the packs and he even gave my son a free scoop of ice cream . The manager made my day … if you ever go please thank the works they work hard and so kind I will be back because of them .

We have been going to insomnia cookies for months now. The staff over there is very nice, they always welcome us warm smiles and make sure our order is taken care of asap. I will tell you this, the people working there work long hours, so if you find them a little disinterested in making conversations with you, know that they are just tired. And probably have been on their feet all day. We always go there and talk very nicely with the staff and over time, people who did not converse with us starting having conversations. Be kind and be nice, and they’ll pay it back. All in all, great place.
